Mediterranean Roots

Sa Talassa, a restaurant with Mediterranean roots, offers customers a menu full of authentic flavors, made with local products and prepared by Álvaro Sanz's team, the first chef on the island to receive a Michelin star and also the Green star from the same guide. Additionally, it has two suns from the Repsol guide and recognition from the island's gastronomic sector. Sa Talassa is an open showcase to the countryside and the sea of Ibiza. You can't miss it!
